I hate the word GOAL (just like Tina:) but I can't come up with anything better to call them. I'm not good at breaking my goals into smaller parts in order to complete them. I always reach for the goal and do little things to get me to the end result but never feel that I finish my goal. Somehow I reach it (most of the time) but I never figure out how I got there. Like I said on your call today, for me 2010 is ALL about "Simplify & Electrify"! Keep up the GREAT work ladies, I look forward to learning alot more from you both in 2010.
